Our fruit cider jelly comes in two flavors, Original Cider and Tart Apple Raspberry.  Our jelly is made by slow cooking apple cider to allow the natural sugars and pectin found in the fruit to jell.  This produces a sweet, tart jelly bursting with fruit flavor.  For the Tart Apple Raspberry, we add plenty of raspberries for a wonderful raspberry kick.  All the natural fruit sugars come together in a terrific blend of tart and sweet, bursting with fruit flavor.

Vermont Maple Jelly
Our Vermont Maple Jelly is made with real Vermont Maple Syrup.  It has no added sugars and is for the serious Maple Aficionado.  This is our best selling jelly, its terrific on scones, muffins or corn bread.
